I didn't find a way to automatically do this but you can try these steps:
1. You can add a extra set, name it "Rest", set the desired length and save it. You can copy paste and move the sets up and down so you don't have to create each set from the scratch.
2. You can add the end duration countdown to each set so let's say, you are working out for 5 minutes. Create the set with the length of 5 mins and 30 secs and set the duration countdown for the last 30 secs to be the resting time.
There are lots of possibilities with this app flexibility. It just needs some creativity and you can do almost whatever you want. You can process music while working out from the default player and you can choose will the music pause, duck or go to the next song on interval alert.
The only thing bugging me is the app crashes after the whole timer is done but everything else seems to work OK.
And... In the description they say I can add my own sounds and I didn't find a way to do this. I'll check it out more thoroughly later this day, I didn't have the time to do it before.

I think  Intervals Watch-timer has something like this, but Ultratrainer at first glance seems more  comprehensive.

Let's do it this way.
First of all, you delete all existing timers so you have a large space to work with.
Then...
1. Tap the New Timer option.
2. Name it, decide will it vibrate or not, set the finishing sound and the first part is done.
3. Now select the newly created timer, open it on more info link and find the option named "add a interval".
4. Name the interval, set the time length in hh:mm:ss form, add a starting sound for it and don't touch anything else.
5. When you are done with the first interval, create another one and do the same with it.

That's te basics. If you want to create more complex timers you can set the duration end alert for the each interval in the timer so, let's say, you're working out  pushups for pet mins and you can set the end duration alert 10 seconds prior to interval ending.
There's also an option to shuffle intervals randomly but I didn't test it.

Hi!
Regarding my job I'd need an interval timer. To be more precise, the
app
would need to have options to settimers with different length who could
alert me in, let's say, every five minutes.
So, I set the main timer for 60 mins, set the single beep every five
minutes and set some sounds for 15, 30 and 45 minutes so I don't have
to
look on my watch while doing my job. I used the Gymboss Timer few years
ago for this purpose but the new version is not accessible as the
previous was.
It would also be nice if I could use vibration alerts instead of beeps
and gleeps.
I'd prefer a free app but the price of few bucks is not a problem.
I Have an idea for workoround with "empty" sound files with
pre-recorded
alerts but I'd rather have an dedicated app for doing this.
Thanks for your suggestions.
