So Richard, is Amazon support at [email protected]? I am sooo frustrated also 
as if my app doesn't stay and I need to log in, well no more Amazon! 
Grrrr!!!!!! If they just gave you option to actually call or email ... They 
don't

site using an inaccessible captcha, you should email their support or webmaster 
and ask them to switch to a textual captcha from www.textcaptcha.com

Their captcha's are just as secure as those idiotic image based ones and any 
human can solve them.
