I do not know of a captcha breaker, but I think whenever anyone finds a web site using an inaccessible captcha, you should email their support or webmaster and ask them to switch to a textual captcha from www.textcaptcha.com Their captcha's are just as secure as those idiotic image based ones and any human can solve them.
