Blindsquare tells me my nearest intersection automaticly.

I mostly need something that will tell me my nearest intersection, like Sendero Lookaround used to do before it broke. So, my question is, I know BlindSquare can do what I want, but does it do it automatically, or can I do something to make it happen? I'd rather have the feature be a manual control, like in Sendero Lookaround.
