I'm not exactly sure what's being asked here, but you can use a desktop email client to access your mail on Gmail, such as applications like Thunderbird or Outlook. You can also use the Gmail web interface. I'm not sure what screen reader and browser you're using, but I've used it with JAWS and Firefox with no problem. I prefer Thunderbird myself, and I know blind people who use the web interface and others who don't.
