Hello Larry, To delete an app from your Apple TV 4th Generation:
1. Place focus on the app. 2. Press and hold-down the TouchPad on the remote. You will hear a message stating that you can move the app. 3. Simply tap the Play/Pause button to display a list of actions you can perform on the app, one of which being to delete it.
