Hi all,

I have a sighted friend who has an iPhone and I help her out a lot when she
has problems. When I ask siri to turn on voice over voice over is turned on
but when I go to use it to help her it goes away completely and I can't do
anything with the phone. Anyone have ideas as to how I can get voice over
to stay on? I even had her go into accessibility settings to make sure that
status cells were turned off in Braille and they were. This didn't happen
until last week after she updated to 9.3. She also upgraded her phone a
couple of days ago and when she asked me to help her today I thought voice
over would work fine since it was a new phone but the very same thing
happened. Hope someone has an answer.
Wendy
