Did you find the add button? Once you double tap that you will find an entry text field and some options of where to look for that as in match whole word, etc. Then, keep flicking through and you will find a Pronunciation text field. This is where you would type in the way you want it pronounced, keep flicking and there is a play pronunciation text button so you can check if you were successful. If not, just edit the pronunciation text until you can figure out a spelling that makes it sound the way you want.
