Hi Fazil, I don't think you can do anything with an iPhone unless there's a sim card in it. The card doesn't have to be active, though. So when the new phone comes, back up your current phone to iTunes. Then if the new phone doesn't have a sim card in it, you can move the one from the old phone to the new one, set up the phone, and restore from your backup.
