Hi everyone,

I have a 20 inch, insignia TV, that is about 2 1/2 years old. It has 2HDM I
ports on it. One on the side, and one on the bottom in the back. My
boyfriend and I decided to go with the cheapest cable package we could. So
when the cable man came, he who the HDMI cable, for the cable, into the
HDMI port on the bottom. I had my Apple TV plugged in to the one on the
side.
When we trying to get our cable to work, it would only show us the Apple
connection, and we still had our antenna up to it showed on TV as well.
However, it would not even register the other HDMI port, or give her that
option. So I unplugged my AppleTV, and sure enough now we can watch cable.

I do not understand why this is the case, or why it is a problem.
Have anyone else had this kind of an issue before? If so, is there anything
I can do about it?

Any thoughts, or suggestions, would be very helpful!

Thank you,
Terri
