Hello, Friends, I have been working again with my MacBook Air with a view to updating to a newer model or a MacBook. That probably has lots more visual features than I will need or could possibly use since I have no vision at all these days.
I am having some difficulty with cursor movement and being sure I am in the correct place to fill in text information and moving to the next required information. So, I am asking if anyone knows of an Applevis posting which specifically deals with these issues. I understand that some key combinations toggle certain behavior on and off, but can’t consistently use them in the proper order at the right time. Jonathan Mozen’’s pod casts have gotten me to a better understanding of many things and have helped me to set things up properly in various places to improve VoiceOver’s functioning. If anyone has any suggestions for me in this regard or suggestions on a comprehensive book from which I could really learn this thing, I would be most grateful. I am so disgusted with my PC, but Apple computers are quite expensive, and I don’t want to make the switch unless I know I will do well or reasonably so with it. Thank you all for any help you can offer. I don’t post too often, but read or check out the topics almost on a daily basis and have learned a great deal from all of you.
