You can double tap and hold and you will be holding down the delete key and delete multiple characters/words. But, it will go so fast you may not be able to tell what you are deleting after a few letters. You could try turning the rotor to text selection if it is available and select several words then just double tap the delete key and whatever you have selected will be deleted. But, this is why I use touch typing. you can touch and lift on the delete key to delete characters. Richard
