Hi,
I could be wrong but I don't think he means that it's repeating a
notification twice rather that it's giving him simultaneous alerts at the
same time for the same place. That was my understanding of that which was
posted which is why I went with the theory that perhaps their current locale
was being referenced by the app as both current and saved location.
