I have a fitbit flex. You use it through the fitbit app on your phone. There are silent alarms which you can set that vibrate. I can put it on my wrist or in my pocket and still feel the vibration. It’s been suggested to me to also consider getting an Apple Watch. I’m really not keen on getting an Apple Watch. Much less spending a couple hundred bucks even for a refurbished or used one for this one specific task. $80.00 is a more palatable option at least for this circumstance. Does anyone have any experience with the Fitbit or any of its variations and associated iOS apps? Is the device by itself or in conjunction with the iOS app or even connected to a PC accessible?
