I know someone else who is having this exact same issue with sluggishness on
their 6S+. I tried resetting it, making sure all the apps were closed,
reminders dismissed, turned on and off and on voiceover, and several other
things. Battery was at 100% charge. Eventually it started responding after
working with it for several hours and I'm not sure if we fixed it or if it
fixed itself. It was slowing down again this morning though I was told by its
owner. Is this a 9.3.1 bug?

Subject: Re: iPhone & iPad freezing up

if you don’t touch your iphone or your ipod it will require you to insert your
passcode.
