The app Mark Taylor mentioned, Print my contacts, is quite accessible with VoiceOver, will export your contacts in 3 formats so long as you agree to have your contacts uploaded to their server so they can be compiled into the three file types, pdf, csv and vcf; with the promise that nothing else will be done with your contacts. I decided to give it a try and it works very well.
