Once in there, go to settings, general, accessibility, VoiceOver, Braille. Then it will say that you have this Braille display and it is not paired. Double tap to pair it. Enter a 4-digit code in both the phone or iPad and also in the Braille Sense. It must be the same code. I used 0000 in both devices. You can choose one of your own.
