Wow! I have not heard of that being available in my area which is about a half hour outside of Tampa in a place called Saint Petersburg/Pinellas Park, Florida. Although I dearly hope to be not living here by March 2017 I will keep watch for this service anyway, smile!

My mother has used it several times. The IOS app is not usable past a certain point and the website is a pain in the rear to navigate, but if you know what you are specifically looking for, you can do a search on the website and add things to your cart that way. Shipt is a membership service, I think it is $14.99 per month or $99 per year and if you order $35 worth of merchandise, there is no delivery fee. When I placed several items in her cart the other day, and the total was not $35, the delivery fee was going to be around eight dollars. You can even set the delivery time that you want your stuff delivered, like if you would prefer the noon to one window, the one to two window, the two to three window, etc., or you can even set up delivery for the next day. It is working out great for my mom as she isn't able to get to the grocery store herself. This is, like I said, in limited areas, but I know for a fact it is available in Nashville and Atlanta. The two times that my mom has had groceries delivered, the two people who did her shopping, the ones that brought her groceries to her, were very very nice and very helpful, one even asked her if she wanted them to tell her what everything was so she would know what was what. If you have not yet selected your store, you can enter your zip code and then select the one you want from the list that is displayed. Then you should see various choices, one of which is "Weekly Ad". You should then see various categories such as bakery, deli, grocery, meat, etc. When you double tap on one of those, you will find all of the specials in that category. Some of the buttons are not labeled, but if you double tap the button just before where it says "Weekly Ad", you can get back to the list of categories. I hope this helps to get you started.
