Woe, folks, I didn’t realize I had posted this earlier, and I just asked it again. Please forgive me. I’ve been away from the computer pretty much since the death of a very close aunt and illnesses of my own. I’m trying to get back on track. I never had this with my old 3G, my 4s or my 5S; I appreciate your feedback.

I can unually stop it by turning VO off and then back on. If I have to do this lots, it’s time consuming and annoying. I’m using IPhone 6SPlus with IOS 9.3, the latest version.It might be 9.31, but I think it’s 3. Anyway, it’s the latest update.
