This is the correct app. Right now I have it on two devices. I was informed that an update was happened about a week or so ago and now the app is broken.

Note that I assume this is the app being talked about. In the original message it's referred to as both the TCL Pulse app (with a t as in tango) and the PCL Pulse app (with a p as in poppa). The search for the PCL Pulse app (with a p as in poppa) didn't turn up anything.
