Try Chronoplan it is free, the link is below, you can create several timers in the one app. It has several timers. There are limits though, on length and number. For $2.99 you can unlock all the features. This is by the same company that made Chronolite, which is one I used to use that is no longer in the app store. This is fully accessible with VoiceOver and has several options including "big buttons" for those who need it.
