I know several weather apps were discussed a while ago and I saved a list Robin provided. I am needing to choose from these the most cost effective and accessible with VoiceOver, keeping in mind I am totally blind. Most important for notifications are precipitation and lightning, particularly here in Florida as the summer storms appear about to begin this week.
