Hello. Try holding down the home and power button for about 10
seconds. This should re-boot your device. If it does nothing
the first time, try it again.

I have an I-Pod Touch 3rd generation. For some reason, although
Voice over
works, I cannot get anything to happen when I touch the screen.

shut down or get to the home screen. The only thing I can do is
