hi Terry, I also have to take my 5S in. It isn't working at all. I am also with AT&T. I wish you luck and hope things go well for you. If you haven't had your phone that long and there is something wrong with it they should replace it for you with no problem. I hope that is what happens or that they just have to replace your Sim card. The Sim card would be free, and so would your phone. God bless, Wren Langley PS what I mean is they would give you another phone you would still keep paying on the phone, but they would give you a phone as a replacement you would not have to buy a whole new phone. of course that depends on whether or not the phone is still under warranty.
