Lelia, I don't know if menus retrieved using All Access are consistently formatted across the country or not but I just used it to fetch the menu for the Dairy Queen nearest to me. Although the menu I got appeared to have formatted visual headings, they were not marked up headings that could be accessed using the rotor. I then opened the item chooser by doing a two-finger triple tap and then typing blizzard in the text box which appeared. I was given a list of each menu item containing blizzard in its name and also given the menu visual heading of Blizzard Treats in the Item Chooser list. Double tapping on any of these would move focus to that item on the menu.
This is the best way I can think to navigate an All Access menu provided you know the name of the item you want and don't care to swipe through the entire menu.
