Hi Anthony, If it only lasts a few seconds for you then you are lucky. For some it is indeed a big deal because like Terri said Voiceover can be gone for more than a minute or you may even have to triple press the home button to turn Voiceover off and back on to get it back. Since the latest update the time seems to be shorter for me, too, but I have a 6S Plus and it is reasonable to assume that this maybe worse on older phones.
