I get it very occasionally on my phone, I just enter my password and log in. I get it more often on the pc, after I have downloaded something onto my phone. I enter my password, and click the check button, so iTunes can download whatever it was I put onto my phone onto the pc. I have never had any fraudulent activity occur when I have done this, especially no fraudulent charges.
