The New York Times published an article a few weeks ago describing the indoor navigation features of the American Airlines app. The airline has installed equipment at several of its major airports, such as in Dallas and Chicago, to guide passengers around its terminals. Has anyone used this app and this functionality? I would love to know the accessibility of its wayfinding capabilities.
