I just know that they have a pretty good reputation. They buy used stuff and then sell it off in parts or refurbish it and sell it again. Why not Google "How to people like Gazelle" or "Gazelle customer satisfaction" which will give you a broader picture than what you might get from a couple or a few pieces of feedback from the list. When I just did this the first search result that came up was from a website called ResellerRatings.com and they gave them 9.6 out of 10, they are definitely a legit business who from what I understand do a good job.
