What I want to know is how anyone gets the card reader to actually read the cards. Mine is mounted correctly, I have the splitter so that I can hear the phone, and my sighted friends can swipe the cards successfully so I know it works. But I've had no luck swiping the cards whatsoever. I'm usually pretty good at this sort of thing so wondering if there's a trick to it.
