Your user name is your email address and only you know what password you used to create your account. And of course,, you have to be approved to access the NLS content.
I can access BARD constant from my Windows computer where I can download books and then copy them to my stream 1 or directly from my stream II. My favorite way though is via my iPad Air because it's speaker has better sound then my iPhone 5S.
