Does anyone on here, have experience with the Charter cable app on their phones, or the like?
I put it on my phone a while back, and it seemed a little better, than it had in about a year. I called and talked to 2 different people. One told me that she thought that you could record to your DVR with the app. But she was not sure how. Then she also told me that if you were out watching something on the app, you could return home, and set it to go to your tv. But I do not know if this is correct, either. A few days later, I talked with another lady. She told me that I could not record to the DVR, from the app. I told her this made no sense to me, because I could see record buttons. Then I asked her about the tv thing, and she said no to that as well. So I do not know what to believe. What do you all think? Would you use the Charter app? If so, what is it could for, in your opinion? I was told the app could only be used on my WIFI network anyway, which seems pointless. Thank you for listening to all this. I really appreciate it.
