KNFB Reader is primarily for extracting text from a picture of a document. It has a built-in feature to "add page to document" so you can compile many pages into one document. I know of no way to piece all that back together unless you first export the text from each one and then use a word processing app to put it all together. In the file manager, hit edit, then select the file you want and hit the export option. Not sure what it is called exactly as my phone is in the other room. Then, select plain text and the file can be exported as a text file.
