Not in Apples' music app. There is an app called tempo slow to slow down songs. As for the bass, you can go into Settings>Music, then scroll down to where it says EQ, and then you can choose an EQ that'll boost the bass. There's even one called "Bass Booster ". But I find that cuts out too much treble for me. I use "Dance", as it has nice bass, but still a clear top end. Egun On, Lagunak!
