I know at least one possible cause for crashes with Muxic, because it's happening on my phone. Somehow, when I moved music to my phone with iTunes, one of 11 songs on one album didn't come across, even though there is an entry for that song in both Music and Muxic. When Music hits that song, it does nothing--just sits there not knowing what to do. When Muxic hits it, it bounces you out of the app. So, if your Muxic is crashing, this is something you can at least check for.
