Hi Kimber,

The iPad I am using, the iPad Air, has 12 apps on each page in addition to the 
dock.  You may organize the apps as you find convenient as you would on your 
iPhone.

The big difference, as you have mentioned, is the size of the screen. For those 
of us who are partially sighted, it is much easier to locate the keys on the 
iPad screen than on the iPhone. In classes I have taken where people bring 
their iPads or iPhones, many people do complain how difficult it is to type on 
the iPhone screen as compared to the iPad.
