These two solutions are really low tech, so be forewarned. When I go over the weekly adds using my iPhone, I sometimes open the notes app and either dictate the items into it, or use MBraille to write them. Or, even lower tech, I dictate them to my Victor Reader Stream. Lowest tech, I then write the list in braille to take to the store. It use to be, probably is still, that one can keep the list on the store's web site, then send it to oneself via email. I tried this for a while, but after having it go wrong on two consecutive occasions a few years ago, ending up with a blank grocery list, I got disgusted and started doing it as I outlined above, and have never gone back.
