Yes you can set a different sound for each account. Go to Settings / Notifications / Mail. In there you will see a button for each account. Just double tap on the account button, then one swipe after Show in Notification Center, you will find the button for the current sound. Just double tap on it to choose the sound for that account. Then repeat this for each account.
