On the Apple TV 4, when the movie has started hit the play/pause button, bottom lower left button on the remote. While in pause move around the screen with the touch pad and look for audio. Under that you should findEnglish audio description. Sorry but it might be under languages instead of audio. I'm still having trouble with that, but you should find it. Select it and click on it, then hit the play/pause button. Good luck.
