Krista,
Did you ever get a stand to use with the OCR apps? I know this isn't the same
as taking a picture on the fly, and I would be very happy to try again
explaining how I do that. but a stand is a surefire way of getting good results.

Krista, when you say you never got any help from the list, I have to say that I
know I have exchanged many emails with you in the past on this subject. so too
have others. I do know that for many people using the camera with the phone is
a difficult one. however, I could not agree that it is impossible for people
who don't see it all because many of us do you have success. I am sure we would
all share out tips and tricks with you. but, from personal experience, having
someone with you who can see what you are doing is a very good way to get
started. also, when I first started out with Prismo, I hat to practice like mad
before it worked for me. perhaps, this is why the KNFB reader just worked out
of the box in my case.

feel free to ask for ideas,
Sandy
