Hmm, from Krista’s comments I have to wonder if there’s a problem with the camera on the iPhone! Maybe the lens is smeared or the camera components are faulty.
I wonder if taking a photograph of an object yields a clear picture? Could you ask a sighted acquaintance to try taking a phot and ask how that turns out. Just offering something.
