Hi Deidre, If I remember correctly, what you write is automatically saved unless you delete it. I could be wrong though. I use this program all of the time for notes. I used to use it for my minutes as secretary also. I'm pretty sure that if you are using the cloud, everything you write is saved. I unfortunately, don't know where the documentation is.
