When I purchased my first iPhone, a 3S, there was a young man named Ryan, who worked in the Chicago Apple store. He was so helpful in helping me to learn to use my new phone. When I went back a few years later, I was told that he was no longer in the store, but was working for Apple in their corporate office. I believe he was totally blind.
