Hi!
I see some folks already gave you some answers I was thinking about so I'll just drop in what is missing.
1. When reading text, web pages or something with Voice Over you need to have your device unlocked and you have to watch wether you going to accidentally touch the screen or not. This also drains more battery power.
2. When you read in this way especially when you browse the web with lot's of flicks you need to be with your device all the time and manually advance the reading.
I read you have dedicated Daisy players which is good but from my point of view I really hate carring around several devices instead of single one.
When I walk or travel, when doing housekeeping, cooking or whatever not requiring talking or listening I simply connect the earphones, start VDR, lock the screen and put the phone in my pocket or if I use BT headset leave it somewhere on the desk or cabinet. I have both my hands free to do what i need to and i simultaneously read book or listen to the music etc etc.
In the late november it will be four years I'm using iPhone and besides all the good things it brought to the blind community one of the most important to me is it enabled me to ditch multiple devices such as music or Daisy players, portable e-magnifiers and, the best thing about it is I could finally go to the vacation without carrying my laptop. That's why I was astonished with VDR and that was my best $10 ever spent. I did the localization for my language and some other things as beta tester to always keep it fresh and nice xD.

S poštovanjem
Gordan Radić

Hi, I'm just curious why do people use voicedream reader when we can read with voiceover to read pretty much anything. Just curious what is the advantage? Just curious since so many people seem to love it.
