Try OneDrive but for listening to MP3 books you won't be able to keep your place unless you use something like Voice Dream Reader to import the files into for listening. But, things you don't care if you start back where you were, OneDrive will work, though you have to "make it available off line" which I believe means it will be downloaded onto your device. Then, when you are done, you can make it available online again.
But, using Voice Dream Reader is the best because while it downloads the files to your device, when you delete them from your device, they stay on the computer.
