Hi Jerry, Even if somebody has the file for the older Facebook version you can't use it since app downloads are tied to everybody's Apple Id. This applies also to free apps so if somebody gave you that file it would not let you install it. I guess you are out of luck until Facebook fixes this.

I have also written to Facebook accessibility about this and no one is doing anything to fix it. Whenever you use Facebook live with the new update all you get is the words profile picture attached to an image and you cannot click the image. Next to it as a button which allows you to like the comment but there isn't any comment that I'm even seen just a profile picture. So for some reason voiceover is not reading the comments anymore.
