I can't recommend any app other than Voice Dream Writer. It takes time to really learn how to get the most out of it, but it is worth taking the time. You can use text Markup. So, if you want to set a heading level one, enter a number sign before the text. A heading level 2, put 2 number signs, all the way up to heading level 6. You can do an asterisk to bold text, and a hyphen to do a bulleted list. It has a great spell checker, etc. Plan to spend time with the user guide. The app is $9.99. You can export as plain text, RTF, and he is experimenting with a word docx format that usually works for me. If you are interested, I can send you the help file.
