Hi, I have an iPhone app that does a nice job stripping out vocals, depending on the song and how it's recorded. It's called VocalZap. It hasn't been updated in ages, and I couldn't find it in the app store, but if that one is gone, surely there's another that does something similar. I'm really sorry VocalZap appears to be gone, as it's accessible and works well.
