Hi,
As far as I am aware, there's nothing you can do about this one. It
seems that Apple haven't followed their accessibility programing
guidance and have hard-coded this message instead of making it a hint,
as it really should be.
If you feel bothered enough by it, perhaps consider writing to Apple
accessibility.
Cheers,
Brett.

Hello, Dan.
I don't know what is triggering this gratuitous message nor do I know
how to eliminate it if you are flicking right through a message.
However, as you may have discovered, continuously reading the article
via the "two-finger down" flick will not speak this message. The
article will continue uninterrupted until its end.

Hello,
When using the native News app on my iPhone 6-plus,Voiceover says
"Une the rotor to access headings" after selecting a story to read
and advancing through it. It happens whenever there is a break in
the text like a title, paragraph, etc.. Using the rotor doesn't
seem to help.
Thanks,
Dan
The nice thing about science is that it's true whether you believe
in it or not.
