Hi, I managed to get the gift card, the volunteer that helped me managed to help me redeem it, but now I cannot seem to buy the kNFB reader app it keeps giving me the option to select a payment method and to reenter my Apple I D password all the time and it keeps telling me that there's insufficient credit, but I bought 145$ Canadian and the kNFB is 139.99 Canadian. Do I have to pay tax on top of that?
