Hi Terri, I have been using the POF iOS app and find it to be very accessible, on both an iPhone and iPad. I've been able to do pretty much everything on the app fairly easily.
I do know that when displaying a list of users, when swiping right or left with one finger, focus does land on several items for one user (e.g. User Picture, a User Profile button and their one liner). So you do have to swipe several times before getting to the next user, but this isn't really a deal breaker in my book. The best part is that the app is completely free, even creating an account is free. Hope this helps!
